General information about my practice

I have been licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in California since 1977. My license number is 24199E.

Graduated in 1971 from Chapman University in Orange, California. Received Bachelor of Arts degree with Accounting emphasis. Finished preparing for the Certified Public Accountant exam with additional course work at University of California at Los Angeles.

Worked for several small accounting firms prior to starting my own practice in 1977.

My practice includes general accounting, financial statement preparation, preparation of budgets, and business analysis for small and closely held businesses; income tax return preparation for a large number of corporations, individuals, partnerships, non-profit organizations, and trusts and estates; tax planning for my clients; and accounting orientated valuations of businesses.

Specifically, I have been the Treasurer of People for Irvine Community Health ("PICH"), a non-profit charitable organization. My responsibilities as Treasurer include the preparation of budgets for PICH, the review of financial statements and interfacing with auditors.

I have testified in court regarding professional disability policy claims for my clients, as plaintiff; general testimony as to accounting and tax records; and in dissolution matters for both valuation and support.

I will travel as necessary to examine books and records for clients in preparation for deposition, conference, or court appearance. Staff is available to assist in all matters.
