I have been licensed to practice as a
Certified Public Accountant in
Graduated in 1971 from
Worked for several small accounting firms
prior to starting my own practice in 1977.
My practice includes general accounting,
financial statement preparation, preparation of budgets, and business analysis
for small and closely held businesses; income tax return preparation for a
large number of corporations, individuals, partnerships, non-profit
organizations, and trusts and estates; tax planning for my clients; and
accounting orientated valuations of businesses.
Specifically, I have been the Treasurer of
People for Irvine Community Health ("PICH"), a non-profit charitable
organization. My responsibilities as Treasurer include the preparation of
budgets for PICH, the review of financial statements and interfacing with
auditors.
I have testified in court regarding
professional disability policy claims for my clients, as plaintiff; general
testimony as to accounting and tax records; and in dissolution matters for both
valuation and support.
I will travel as necessary to examine books
and records for clients in preparation for deposition, conference, or court
appearance. Staff is available to assist in all matters.
